What about cookies?

Thamara uses 90-day cookies. If a visitor clicks your link and makes a purchase within 90 days, you get the commission. If another affiliate link is clicked during this time, the last affiliate’s cookie takes priority.

What happens if I violate the rules?

Violations such as fraud, spam, misuse of coupons, unauthorized advertising, or harmful promotion can lead to commission cancellation, suspension, or termination of your account. Thamara also reserves the right to withhold pending commissions in such cases.

If a visitor checks my site but buys from another source, do I still earn commission?

No. Commissions are attributed only if the purchase is completed through your valid affiliate cookie at the time of checkout. If the user signs up via another source or directly through Thamara’s website, you will not earn commission.

Do I earn commissions on renewals?

Yes. Renewal commissions may apply for up to four (4) additional billing cycles, but eligibility depends on Thamara’s internal review and your overall performance.

How long does affiliate signup take to review?

All applications are reviewed manually and may take up to five (5) business days for approval.

Why might my signup be declined?

Applications can be declined if the website, traffic source, or promotional method is unsuitable. Examples include spam, adult content, misleading claims, or content that conflicts with Thamara’s brand values.

Why might my commission be canceled?

Commissions can be canceled if:
• The customer cancels within the 30-day refund period,
• Fraudulent or prohibited activity is detected,
• Sales are not compliant with our Terms & Conditions.

When are commissions paid?

Approved commissions are paid during the first ten (10) days of each new month, following the 30-day refund period. Example: a sale on November 20 is cleared after December 20, and commission is paid in early January.

Can I earn commission if I buy hosting for myself?

No. Self-referrals are not eligible for commissions.

How many referrals are needed to move up levels on recurring plan?

To advance to the next commission level, you must generate at least fifteen (15) new, valid referrals. Once this milestone is reached, your account will automatically be reviewed, and you’ll be moved into the higher payout tier for future commissions.

Do referrals need to be new customers?

Yes. Only new customers qualify for commission.
